No, this isn’t a place for plus-sized people. What once used to be a cinema hall is now a cabaret bar like no other: from drag queen performances to go-go boys trying their hand at belly dancing, an evening at X-Large is likely to be, to put it mildly, unusual. Do note that this is a straight-friendly bar despite the quirky line-up of performances. Open every Friday and Saturday until 5am, X-Large gets lively only after midnight and there is a cover charge. But for a truly larger than life experience, it’s worth every penny.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
