The crowning glory of the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai, Aer is languorously sprawled across the 34th floor offering a bird’s eye view of the city (which turns absolutely spectacular after the sun goes down). Decked out in sleek, minimalist white furniture, dark wood parquet flooring and an illuminated circular bar with nothing but glass separating it from the deep plunge down to ground zero, Aer is unreservedly posh. The cocktails are superb and the menu focuses on international tapas. Drop in before sunset to sip on champagne and cocktails at half their usual prices.
