This time, you can try your luck at winning a fully renovated townhouse in a picturesque Italian beach town. Although it might sound impossible, you can grab the chance again, as a British couple is raffling off their fully furnished villa for just $35.

As per the reports, British couple Jon and Annmarie Nurse are raffling off a fully furnished home in Tuscan countryside. The $470000, four-bedroom, four-bathroom Italian villa comes equipped with a private pool and a garden. Cost of each ticket is $35, whereas proceeds from all the raffle entries will go to children’s charities. The winner will get to own a fully renovated and fully furnished home in the city center of Pizzo Calabro. Apart from this, the winner will also get two flights to Italy and accommodation for two nights, while they sign over ownership of the home. Legal fees and transfer taxes will also be covered, which means the winner will not have to face any hassle to own that villa.

As for the villa, it is located in one the country's most unexplored areas, with many serene hilltop villages to visit as well as national parks.
The catch for this contest is that the couple must receive at least 20000 paid entries to host this contest. While the British couple don't anticipate that should be a problem, however, in case that event does not take place, the prize will be shifted to cash winnings.
