This is a floating hotel in Amsterdam housed inside a lightship

The next time you are in Amsterdam, try looking for a floating hotel that was once on the Thames Estuary. The two suites are called, Upper Store and Machinery Space, from where you can get views of the front deck. Your suites come with king-sized beds, a pantry, bathroom, dining table, and even a minibar. Your rooms have beautiful modern long glass walls. You are required to pay £210 a night for each suite.


Guests can get private access to the terrace, and breakfast is also included. However, there are no cooking facilities here on the lightship, so you will have to dine out. But it is close to the creative hub of Amsterdam, so there are numerous things to explore, to do, and to experience. You will never have a dull moment here.
