Located adjacent to the Sohra–Shella Road, which leads to numerous tourist destinations, is the sleepy Coniferous Resort. The hotel offers ample parking space on two levels with a drivers’ dormitory as well. The rooms are clean and well furnished with beds, tables and chairs. You can also access basic amenities including TVs with satellite channels, room service and attached bathroom. The restaurant at Coniferous Resort is a highlight with its beautiful décor and aesthetically designed cane furniture. The menu is stuffed with Indian and local delicacies, all freshly-prepared; the sheer aroma of the food can tickle your taste buds. A small stream flows next to the property and the nearby bridge offers you the perfect place to enjoy the sound of water crashing onto the rocks and boulders scattered across. The property is located in an isolated but absolutely beautiful area with almost no human or commercial presence in the vicinity.
