The location alone is enough to make this boutique hotel in the centre of Rome popular, just a few steps from some of the architectural wonders including the Colosseum and the Forum. But it’s not just location which has people talking about Hotel Fortyseven. Even the most basic of rooms deserve a mention here, furnished with wooden floors, beautiful linens and marble bathrooms featuring rainfall showers. For a real taste of luxury, book one of the 5th floor suites which offer private terraces, private butler services and a romantic dinner for two. If you can’t afford to book one of these ultra luxurious and romantic rooms, do make sure to head to Circus restaurant which is located on the rooftop of the hotel for an amazing meal. This outdoor space is enjoyed thoroughly in the summer boasting excellent views. Make sure to enjoy the gym and steam bath at this hotel, normally reserved for much larger hotels in the city centre. With 61 rooms at Hotel Fortyseven, this is one of the largest hotels on this list, yet still manages to offer a boutique and unique feel.
