This 5 star boutique hotel offers one of the best views of the Colosseum in the whole of the city, although that shouldn’t be the only reason to book here. It can be described more like a 17th century palace than a hotel and guests staying here truly feel as though they are of royal descent. To start off, the rooms are simply divine, featuring custom designed furniture and linens as well as marble bathrooms and the ever favourite Nespresso machine. In order to have views of the Colosseum, you will have to upgrade to the master room or one of the suites which feature even bigger beds, bathrooms and sofas. This beautiful and luxurious hotel is also known for its fabulous restaurant, the Aroma. This renowned restaurant is known for its use of unique ingredients and views from the top floor terrace. Guests of the hotel should absolutely make time to eat here to enjoy things such as mint scented scallops with fennel fondue and rabbit and monkfish tail. From the moment you walk in here until the moment you walk out, you will be treated with luxury and friendliness, something that often gets forgotten in a busy city such as Rome.
