Gerngross houses five storeys of the kinds of goods you’d expect from a major department store. Some of the items you’ll come across include clothing, electronics, housewares and sporting equipment.
Moderately priced shops, like Vero Moda and Zara, share floor space with their pricier cousins, like Esprit and Wolford. In the basement, you can stock up on foodstuffs in the Merkur grocery, or if hunger strikes while you’re out and about, pick up some nibbles at one of the cafés or restaurants sprinkled across the department store.
