This is a one-of-a-kind restaurant and here, all the servers are fighting dementia, a condition that leads to loss of cognitive functions like thinking, remembering and reasoning. This is not a light matter but one can make the lives of those suffering with this condition with a little laughter and a lot of compassion. And that’s exactly what this restaurant is doing.
In case you are curious, you get exactly what the name says.
What this restaurant is doing is changing the narrative that people living with dementia are unable to make a living, be responsible for their own livelihood and most importantly educate the society that these people don’t need to live an isolated life.
Ever since the restaurant first opened, the servers got around 37% of the orders wrong. But almost all customers said they were happy with the service.

It is safe to say that the restaurant is a pretty popular one. Since its opening, they have done events and several pop-ups, even at the Ministry of Labour, Health and Welfare. The restaurant often announces their pop-ups on their website and social media handles. It might be a great idea to keep an eye out for those and maybe attend a few?
