Raw Café

This is a raw, vegan restaurant that stays open nearly all day and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located very conveniently in Miraflores, it is easy to find. “Wow” is probably the only word that comes to mind, when you check out Raw Café’s menu. The food on offer is original and imaginative and a lot of creativity goes into preparing the dishes. You will find burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, pastries, wraps, juices and coffee on the menu. Raw Café is a tiny space, which is both cosy and comfortable. The interiors are beautifully done with artwork. Because of its size, it tends to get overcrowded especially at meal times. The serving size is generous too. Food is light and tasty and does not leave you feeling bloated.
It is tough to find a restaurant totally dedicated to raw, vegan food with a perfect menu suitable for celiac, vegans and vegetarians. This is one such jewel. We had a raw pizza with cashew cheese, olives and sun dried tomatoes and could have easily gone back for more. Their mint lemonade sweetened with vanilla is a perfect accompaniment to any meal.
