We had read great reviews about the organic vegan food at La Chakra and were so happy that we finally got to visit the place. Hidden like a gem in the basement of a line of shops, it’s just waiting to be discovered.

We had read great reviews about the organic vegan food at La Chakra and were so happy that we finally got to visit the place. Hidden like a gem in the basement of a line of shops, it’s just waiting to be discovered. Located centrally in the neighbourhood of Miraflores, Cafeteria La Chakra offers delicious food made with love and care. Their menu has lots of dishes and you will be spoilt for choice—wraps, pizzas, desserts, smoothies and kombucha. We ordered their raw pizza, which was delicious and had a fine texture to it. The chickpea burger served with the salad is also a great option. The cheesecake without cheese is exceptional and their raw, unprocessed vegan desserts are to die for. This is a small, cosy restaurant where you’ll find it easy to relax and feel completely at home. There is a personal touch to everything that you see here, including the presentation, which is gorgeous.
