This café in Delhi is serving Beer Maggi

The year 2020 has seen quite a few weird recipes comes up on the culinary front. We have known of Corona sandesh from Kolkata and Ice cream Vada Pav of Gujarat to name a few.

For some, it is a type of trial and error and for others, it is a well-thought out plan of action that brought forth some unusual food combinations over the months.
Now, if you are looking for something to jazz up those cold winter nights and at the same time treat your tastebuds to an interesting food combo, Café Housefull in Delhi’s Hudson Lane is offering Maggi Beer to the daring takers.
Sounds something really out of the box? Well, the recipe is apparently everyone’s favourite Maggi soaked in beer. But the name of this dish deceives its actually ingredients–it is not actual beer but masala and Maggi broth put in a glass pitcher.
While, this seems acceptable for Maggi lovers, but it may seem hard to imagine for even innovative cooks! A few social media users have also given their thumbs down to this food combo calling “gross” going by the name it has been given.
