This global, upmarket sushi chain originated in Singapore, where faithful patrons still claim Sushi Tei offers some of the best-priced, quality Japanese fare in the country. Sashimi platters are always fresh and succulent, while other healthy menu staples including teriyaki chicken and beef udon are always good.
There's a whopping 15 Sushi Tei outlets across the city, but the Paragon outlet on Orchard Road usually proves to be the most convenient for visitors.
