Chinese House is located in the old town of Phnom Penh. Surrounded by French colonial architecture and large, shady trees, Chinese House is a little further away from the hustle and bustle but well worth the trip uptown. One hundred years ago, it was the home of a Chinese merchant and has changed hands a few times since then, currently settling as Chinese House bar and restaurant.
As the week winds down and the weekend winds up, the bar comes alive. There are often guest mixologists from all over the world popping by to mix up a list of exotic and delicious cocktails. The music also moves up a level on the weekends and the bar becomes popular nightspot for trendy Phnom Penh 20 and 30 somethings.
Experience some historical architecture, bask in some modern art, relax with a cocktail and try some tasty treats all in one spot.
