Parakeet Restaurant

Parakeet restaurant is located inside Parakeet Hotel, which is a property of Haryana government. It's located a couple of hundred meters away from Pipli Bus Stand, on National HIghway-1. It's also very close to the Tau Devi Lal Town Park, which is one of the oldest and the biggest parks of the city. It's one of very few good restaurants in the city where non-vegetarian food is served besides alcohol. The restaurant is known for serving American breakfast, besides a range of Indian and Chinese delicacies. The restaurant features cosy chairs and relaxed couches, and has the capacity to accommodate 45 guests at a time. The prices are moderate which makes it a good choice for all types of visitors. They mainly host in-transit passengers who stop in Kurukshetra for refreshment breaks. Breakfast hours are a bit crowded sometimes because tourist buses stop here. One of their aims is to pamper the exhausted travellers with the fresh hygienic food at an affordable price because it's really tough to find good food on long routes.
