Just like the name suggests, they serve organic, healthy and vegetarian food, which is tasty and uses original and innovative recipes. The vegetables are harvested in their own garden in Urubamba—this farm to table concept makes their food taste incredible.
The atmosphere at Organika is friendly and lively. We loved everything we ate at Organika—from the decadent gnocchi to the ravioli with goats cheese salad—everything is perfectly conceptualised and executed. Make sure you end your meal with the chocolate lava cake. Organika is a small restaurant and stays busy most of the time. Reservation is highly recommended as the restaurant is known to have long queues at meal times.
