Mainland China

Located in Centre Square Mall, in the happening section of the city, Mainland China is well known for its Chinese and Asian fare. Part of a chain of restaurants, the ambience is subtle compared to its counterparts in other metros, but there is no compromise on the authenticity. The restaurant is famous for its dim sum spread, especially the prawn dim sums, along with all time favourite fried spinach and crispy lamb. Some of the other must-try includes crab meat pancakes, roasted lamb, and lemon honey chicken. Yes, thankfully for non-vegetarians it is not a strictly vegetarian Chinese restaurant, but there are plenty vegetarian options on the menu. Mainland China is quite popular for its elaborate weekend buffet. Again like other good restaurants in Vadodara, this too gets crowded. So be prepared to wait in the queue, or get there early to devour delicious Chinese food.
