The Trio

Centrally located in Gandhi Chowk, The Trio is a lovely restaurant bustling with people most of the time. Finding a table during the peak dining hours can be challenging, so arrive before or after the rush. The menu has a variety of traditional Indian food including local Rajasthani dishes. It has both indoor as well as outdoor sitting areas. The terrace seats provide a beautiful view of the city and the palace in the evening when lights turn on. The live Rajasthani music performances with harmonium and dholak add to the ambience. Evenings are a good time to relax here with chilled beer and some delicious chicken snacks that the restaurant serves. Succulent, boneless strips of chicken stir-fried with shredded vegetables is a must try.
