It is not very well known amongst tourists but is one of the favourite eateries of locals. If you are the person who likes to try local food then Chandan Shree Restaurant, located at Hanuman Circle, is an ideal choice. There is a wide variety to try from—in the morning hours, there’s kachori, samosa, puri sabzi, pakora and many sweets. My personal favourite is pyaaz ki kachori just out from kadahi served with aloo ki sabzi and chutney. Don’t overfill yourself with just this as you ought to try their ghewar as well. And their thalis are delicious and sumptuous. There are many local delicacies like kehar-sangri, kadi and gatta curry that you can try. There are various options for rotis as well that are served just hot out from the oven. And they will keep serving you unlimited food with lots of love till you are full and satisfied. Service is quick and the staff very efficient.
