I wouldn’t be mistaken when I say that Good Food is the most candid little eatery in the world. It serves good food and is pretty straightforward about it. With exceptionally friendly staff members who work hard to grill your trdelnik to perfection, Good Food is Krusta Artisan Bakery’s major competition when it comes to the aforementioned dessert. These folks are extremely generous with the Nutella filling and even offer soft ice cream, ham, cheese, tomatoes, apples and nuts as stuffing. The most satisfying thing about this particular place is the fact that you can watch your trdelnik being prepared from scratch.Essentially a take-away joint, Good Food also offers several varieties of pizza and bagels for you to keep nibbling on as you walk down the narrow, cobbled and ridiculously charming streets of Prague. In order to fight the chills, steaming cups of coffee are also available. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that this tiny establishment exudes warmth both in the form of its many chimneys and smiling faces of the servers. Good Food should probably rechristen itself to ‘Best Food’ because the superlative form is more fitting. I had the best time ever and so will you.
What to eat: Trdelnik with strawberries and whipped cream, and apple strudel trdelnik.
