Chef Mario Batali and winemaker Joseph Bastianich brought this New York City restaurant to Las Vegas and it was instantly a hit with locals and visitors alike. If you are after classic authentic Italian food and wine pairings to match, this is where you need to go. A luxury setting awaits guests here and includes a lot of Italian marble, dark leather furniture and Italian music being played throughout the evening. It is really the food and wine that stands out though and guests flock here to try menu items such as grilled octopus with light limoncello vinaigrette and the pappardelle bolognese with veal and pork ragu. You will find here a 20-page long wine list, so don’t hesitate to ask for help while choosing your wine. For a real authentic Italian meal, complete with décor, food and wine, make sure to head to B&B Ristorante, located between the Venetian and the Palazzo. Due note—they are only open from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm and reservations are recommended.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
