After taking a short hiatus from the capital’s culinary scene, B-bar has re-opened with a fresh menu and some great plans for the coming year. On Christmas day, they’ve collaborated with Food Talk India and Grey Goose to present a delicious albeit non-traditional Christmas lunch. You can choose from a variety of appetisers, main course dishes, sides and desserts to construct a menu that pleases you—the turkey ballotine and the honey-glazed pork undoubtedly sound like winners—and top it all off with the chef’s rendition of classic Christmas pudding. Wash it all down with some colourful red and green cocktails for a very merry Christmas.
