Noteworthy for: Their olive bar stocks nearly 30 varieties from all over Europe and the Middle East. Green olives stuffed with tiny, whole chillies are among the most popular.

Though the name may sound British, the Cheese & Pickles Centre caters to a much more Arabian palate and their selection is as outstanding as it is unusual. True to its promise, this little corner shop carries 40 different varieties of pickles, including a spicy North African variant made with harissa, or chilli paste.
The cheese selection may seem a bit lacking by Western standards, though Arabian food aficionados will swoon over their selection of feta, halloumi and labneh. Those not familiar are encouraged to experiment, for the goods are truly top notch.
