Zyara’s developed a bit of a cult status over the years, mainly due to its quirky, boho-chic décor (pink throws and abstract art), warm (if distracted) service and tree-lined patio seating in front of the picturesque corniche.
Free Wi-Fi means you can find diners updating their blogs, or whiling away the hours over a game of backgammon. The menu is a mix of Arabic stalwarts and Western standards, and though it’s the setting more than the food that brings in the regulars, the fare here is respectable enough.
