Talk of the town: Chef Janice Wong is known as the Adriano Zumbo of Singapore after the famous Australian pâtissier.

Anything but vanilla, this dessert restaurant will take you on an indulgent culinary adventure into the wee hours. Dedicated almost entirely to sweet treats, the menu features truly unique dishes ranging from basil white chocolate with seagrapes, passion fruit fluff, pastilles and coconut sorbet to a 'cheese avalanche' complete with home-made biscotti, sous-vide cantaloupe and candied figs. You can even opt for the dessert degustation.
There's a beef dish on the menu for diners missing a sweet tooth, with wine pairings available for each and every dish. Well worth the trek to Holland Village—just don't miss the last MRT.
