Fava comes from the owners of the famous Capperberry and concentrates on Mediterranean cuisine and with bit of Lebanese and Moroccan styles. This place is a unique experience with a distinct avant-garde Mediterranean appeal. Start with the dozen Mezze served with Pita Triangles. Fava offers Spanakopita Stack, Crunchy Lentil Kofte, Lamb Shank Tagine, Cocas (pizzas) made Spanish style and Greek Salad. In a one-of-its-kind offering, the wine menu offers close to 35 wine cocktails, from Bellinis and Mimosas to specially developed Caperberry-style Sangrias and White Wine Mojitos. The delicatessen counter sells gourmet Mediterranean specialties including freshly prepared sauces, cured meats, cheeses, filo pies and freshly baked breads like Pita, Lavash, Yoghurt and Olive Bread, Focaccia and Baguettes. Their newly introduced Organic Menu offers pesticide free and nutritional food that is exceptionally delicious. Round off with the famous Baklava and Warm Chocolate Mud Cake for dessert. The latter is possibly the best in Bangalore and requires just a sharp nudge to release the molten chocolate.
