Meghalaya is all set to host India’s most happening music fest, NH7 Weekender 2019

The stage is all set to be lit up as Meghalaya gears up to host NH7 Weekender Shillong 2019, which is India’s most happening multi-kind music fest. It is back again with its fifth edition. To be celebrated from November 1 to 2, this two-day fest has been conceptualised by OML that will bring together some of the best local and global musical talents in one platform.

The line-up looks more than interesting, and will be a treat for music lovers. During this two-day fest, one will witness great music and live performances by some famous artists, including Marty Friedman, Shubha Mudgal, Benny Dayal and Funktuation, Karnivool, Intervals, Soulmate, Pia Collada and Raja Kumari, Imphal Talkies, The North East Blues Special, and BLOT (Live) to name a few.
Latest reports state that all visitors will enjoy access to four spectacular stages, i.e., BACARDI Arena for rock and metal, The Breezer Vivid stage for hip-hop, and electronic performances, The Dewar’s Stage for world music, and the Gaana Stage for India and singer-songwriter sets.
During breaks, you can head to get some delicious food and snacks from the food stalls, or even indulge in some shopping at the bustling flea bazaar. Then you can also head to the CRED lounge, you can chill, and engage in fun activities.
Tickets for this event will be available for Friday, November 1; Saturday, November 2; or season tickets for both days at Wenfield, The Festive Hills – Thadlaskein.

After wrapping up from the hills, the festival will eventually travel to Pune from November 29-December 1, 2019, where it will celebrate a glorious decade of bringing the best musical talents on one platform.
