Dhom Dam and Balkawadi Dam are the places to see the beauty of River Krishna and the surrounding mountains. From here you can also get a view of Kate's Point or Needle Point in Mahabaleshwar. The Anandavan Farm in Wai is also worth visiting to see the organic farming practices employed to cultivate mangoes, lemon, grams etc. And perhaps, you may have your fruit and eat it too.
