Star Wars fans have something to look forward to, as a Star Wars music festival is all set to make your world go round. Titled Dunes, the festival is back after a gap of three years, and is being held at Ong Jmel, Tunisia. The incredible location is a former Mos Espa Star Wars set. The location was also a set for the movie English Patient.
Dunes will be a non-stop 30-hour French electronic dance music (EDM) festival, and is going to host 30 DJs, who will keep you awake and thumping all night long. The location that is shown as Mos Espa in the movie Star Wars (as Luke Skywalker’s hometown), is actually Ong Jmel, that is a southern desert in Tunisia. The film set has been left as they were during the shooting of Star Wars; today, many tour operators take interested folks to the place.
The EDM festival is going to feature some big names, including Behrouz, Benjemy x Lola, Lee Burridge, Sam Shure, and Stimming.
Of course, this is also a chance to explore Tunisia, and experience a world of Mediterranean bliss.
