Tirupati is one of India's topmost pilgrimage sites. It is dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, an aspect of Lord Vishnu. It is often visited by high profile officials and dignitaries of India other than a massive number of pilgrims. The purpose behind making a Ceremonial Lounge is to provide more comfort and amenities to the pilgrims and visitors.
Tirupati is also one of the richest holy shrines in India where ample gold and money is offered by the devotees to Lord Venkateswara.
