This quirky Museum of Hangovers is an ode to your boozy night ventures

The Museum of Hangovers was recently opened in Zagreb, Croatia! It brings together some of the wittiest stories from drunken adventures of people from around the globe. The museum also showcases objects that have been part of those boozy night adventures.

The idea behind coming up with such a concept is also interesting. Rino Dubokovic, a university student in Zagreb, was out drinking with his friends, and they were sharing their best and worst hangover stories; it was then that he thought of this concept. He envisioned a museum showcasing items from drunk stories.
That night’s conversation over booze led to the formation of this quirky one-of-a-kind museum just six months later, right in the building next to the bar where the said idea originated. Talking about the museum, Rino Dubokovic stated that this museum has not been built to encourage drinking but to showcase the conversations he had with his friends in a physical manifestation. It primarily focuses on the fun side of those drunken forgotten nights.
Once inside this interactive museum, visitors can even share their own hangover stories, try on the ‘beer goggles’ that simulate the effects of inebriation, and check out objects that other people have picked up when drunk.
Reports suggest that the museum, as of now, is just a test concept in Croatia, but Dubokovic is hopeful of getting funds to move into a larger and permanent location. He also plans to make visitors aware of the bad things related to alcohol in the near future.

Then, there is a gift shop that goes along with the overall theme, sells ‘Drunkopoly’ and bar activities.
