Sangla town has a fuelling station and it’s a hub for all kinds of supplies in the valley. The town is home to Bearing Nag Temple, which is located almost at the center of the town. The temple with exquisite woodcarving has both the Buddhist and Hindu influences. An old structure located behind the temple with walnut trees in it is not in use now, but has the most amazing woodcarvings on its panels. Sangla is also a center for trout fish farming, a fresh water fish that is very popular in Himachal Pradesh.
