IRCTC has now brought out Humsafar Express, which was introduced by Railway Minister Piyush Goyal recently. This Indian Railways train is going to ply between Patna and Bengaluru.

IRCTC has now brought out Humsafar Express, which was introduced by Railway Minister Piyush Goyal recently. This Indian Railways train is going to ply between Patna and Bengaluru. The weekly special service between these two cities is the latest from the IRCTC, and is Maharashtra’s pride.
According to reports, the train had departed from Patna Railway Station at 11 AM on March 2, and these are the stations it stopped at – Ara, Buxar, Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay, NEWC DDU, Allahabad Chheoki, Satna, Katno, Jabalpur, Pipariya, Etarsi, Betul, Nagpur, Chandrapur, Ballarshah, Warangal, Vijaywada, Gudur, Renugunta, Katpadi, Jollarpettai, and Krishnarajpuram.
The said train is going to run next on March 10, 2019, from Banaswadi in Bengaluru, and on March 19, 2019, from Patna. It has been decided that the Patna-Banaswadi Express will depart every Thursday, from Patna at 8:15 PM. It is set to arrive at Banaswadi in Bengaluru at 9 PM on the following Saturday. The return journey from Banaswadi would see the train departing from Banaswadi every Sunday at 1:15 PM, and will reach Patna on the following Tuesday at 12:45 PM every week.
Some of the salient features of the premium Humsafar Express are as follows – air-conditioned three-tier berths, GPS-based passenger information system, multiple mobile charging points, CCTV cameras, LED lights, toilet occupancy indicators, modular bio-toilets, tea and coffee vending machines among other things.
