Indian Railways has introduced a special summer train from Udaipur to Pune considering the fact that huge number of people travel from Udaipur to Pune. It has been noticed that during the summer holidays, the traffic gets really high for Pune. People are generally travelling to Pune via Ahmedabad by road. Besides, they also prefer taking a flight from Ahmedabad for Pune and in worst case, they travel to Mumbai and then go to Pune.
Understanding this and to make things easier for people, IRCTC has come up with a special summer train that will run between Udaipur and Pune stations. This is just to make things convenient for people travelling between these two cities.
