Very soon, your Goa trip will become more exciting as the Goa government has surprises for you. In a move to promote the concept of agro-tourism in this region, the government is planning to bring more land areas under agricultural cover. The minister further stated that tourism made inroads in North Goa via agricultural land, and if anyone needs to build a shack in the field, there has to be a field in existence first. Therefore, if the agriculture department certifies the existence of a field, the government will give permission for setting up a shack there, which will be a temporary structure.
This refreshing news will now provide another reason to book your tickets to Goa in the near future. It is one of the top tourist destinations in India, and introducing such projects will surely add to the footfall of tourists.
