As you fly over the top of Top Thrill Dragster's, nearly 500-foot high peak at over 120 miles per hour, you'll be able to get a scenic, albeit quick view of the world's largest amusement park. Breaking records left and right, Cedar Point, located in Ohio, tops the chart with an outstanding 69 rides—17 of which are roller coasters. Likewise, Cedar Point is the only amusement park in the world with four roller coasters at heights of over 200 ft.
Voted the ‘Best Amusement Park in the World’ for 16 consecutive years by Amusement Today, Cedar Point is home to rides for all types—from thrill seekers to young children. Rides like Power Tower send its riders on either a 240-foot-ultra-fast journey upward or a 60 mph simulated free fall down to earth. The park keeps its customers cool with two separate water parks—Soak City and Castaway Bay—that feature water slides and rides. Although famous for its rides, what would a trip to Cedar Point be without food? The park features 10 full-service restaurants and plenty of kiosks to keep you energised throughout the day.
