Everyone should visit Bali at least once in their lifetime. Words and pictures alone cannot describe this beautiful little island in the middle of Indonesia. The temperate climate, smells of incense and offerings, and sounds of local music make Bali feel magical.
The people are warm and friendly. Although cities like Kuta Beach are very crowded, it's entertaining to experience Bali's simple solutions to dealing with it. Don't attempt to drive yourself anywhere. Hire a driver to take you. It doesn't cost much and is much safer. Bali is a very economical place to visit. Hotels are gorgeous and the culture and scenery it breathtaking.
The main city is Dempasar but it’s not the tourist area. You can drive to the north side of the island in about three hours. Wherever you go, you'll see beautiful green rice terraces as far as the eye can see. The island is full of art and beauty. Bali is most exotic place on Earth.
