The temple is quite famous and devotees who come here offer goats at the shrine though the temple does not have any provision of sacrificing the goats inside the premises. Despite knowing this, people still offer goats to the deities here for well being. Thus, the temple trust organises auctions every Monday and Friday of the week.
The amount has gone up significantly in 2019 as compared to 2018. There were 5825 goats that were auctioned in 2018 and the amount collected was INR 1,19,52,700.
