The word is out for all the yoga lovers in Delhi, Noida and Gurugram. The Silent Owl will be hosting India’s first silent yoga session in South Delhi this weekend.
So, come one and come all to roll from Downward Dog to Utkatasana while breathing in the fresh morning air of the beautiful Sunder Nursery located in Nizamuddin area.
Things to carry
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Hand towel for the session
- Carry a blanket to stay warm in the cold weather
Rules to be followed
- Please carry a valid ID proof
- No refunds on purchased tickets
- The right to take appropriate security procedures such as frisking remains with the management.
- Potentially hazardous objects like weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices, musical instruments etc. are prohibited inside the venue.
- The performers/organizers won’t be responsible for any injury or damage happening due to the programme. Any claims regarding the loss would be settled in Mumbai’s courts.
