One of Vancouver's premier seafood restaurants, Blue Water Cafe serves up five-star dishes in an elegant converted warehouse in Yaletown. The main dining room is a sophisticated mix of wooden beams, bricks and crisp, white tablecloths, and offers an a la carte menu showcasing the best of the region's local catches. There are live tanks from which to choose your own monster lobster or Alaskan king crab, and also 'Seafood on Ice' platters, perfect for sharing.

The more informal Raw Bar section of the restaurant has an open kitchen that concentrates on sushi, nigri and oysters, with seating arrangements that let diners watch the chefs at work.
