Many of the world's martial arts have their roots in South Asia, including Kung Fu. In Beijing you have the opportunity to try out Kung Fu, and the Milun School offers classes and training at all levels. In addition to Kung Fu, there are also classes in Tai chi and Qi gong on offer.
The school is located within a classical courtyard, while private lessons can also be given in Ritan Park, where practitioners of Qi gong, Kung Fu and shadow boxing often gather to practice.
