The Ningle Nallah is a stream which is formed by the melting snow of Aphrawat Mountains. This stream joins the Jhelum River at Sopore.
The entire area is a photographer delight any time of the year. In the summer months, you’ll get to see beautiful wild flowers, a forest full of pine trees and a carpet of green around the stream. The snow covered peaks in the distance add to the charm of the place and you’ll run out of camera battery before you run out of photography angles. For families seeking some peaceful and quiet time together, the areas around Ningle Nallah serve as the perfect picnic spot where there are enough open spaces for children to run around and for adults to soak in the atmosphere.
In winters, the area is under a thick blanket of soft powder snow. While photographers and nature enthusiasts will be delighted with the scenery here during winters, the causal traveler may not find the area very attractive.
