Trends tend to come and go in most urban capitals, but the Volksgarten Disco has endured the test of time. The club has been around since the 1950s. Set in a garden and housed in a glass pavilion near the Royal Palace, this is one of Vienna’s premier nightspots. Here the beautiful people come to play.
The interior space is fairly open, while still radiating a friendly vibe. Despite the luxuriant garden setting, and the convivial atmosphere, the club can turn into quite a high-energy venue. It’s a great spot to meet new people, and dance the night away to a mixture of hip-hop, house, reggae and salsa music.
