Madhu Jain

Madhu is known for her signature style, that of using intricate ikat designs in her outfits, a pattern which is very popular in Southeast Asia and is produced in abundance in and around the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. Her work is also inspired by the art of Kalamkari and the paintings of Raja Ravi Varma. Her talent of infusing craft with fashion is what sets her apart. Madhu’s designs have been showcased at the Miss World pageant and several fashion weeks as well. The designer has also styled some famous names such as Nita Ambani, Rani Mukerji, Juhi Chawla, Waheeda Rehman and even Princess Maha Al Sauduri of Saudi Arabia. She was awarded the Nari Shakti Puraskar in 2017 by honourable President Ram Nath Kovind for her contribution towards women empowerment.
