This exciting update comes as Paramount continues to expand the beloved 'TMNT' franchise with new projects and merchandise.

Colin Jost and his brother Casey will co-write a new 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' movie for Paramount Pictures. According to the reports, the project is in the early stages of development and its plot details have been kept under wraps.

Director jeff rowe aimed to capture the look of teenage drawings in the animated film 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem'. He wanted the movie to have a messy, fun, and unpredictable style, rather than the typical slick and polished CGI art. Producer Seth Rogen loved the concept and appreciated the hand-scribbled, expressive concept art that stayed true to its original form in the film. The star-studded cast of voice actors includes Jackie Chan, John Cena, Post Malone, Paul Rudd, and Maya Rudolph.

The 49th Annie Awards were held virtually on March 12, recognising excellence in the animation shown in cinema and television.
