In a hit-and-run case, a 52-year-old man was killed after the scooter he was riding on was hit by a speeding dumper carrying mined material in the Raipur area of Dehradun. The deceased has been identified as Vijay Prasad Semwal, a resident of Maukampur in the Nehru Colony police station area.
