Times Internet Limited and its affiliates, agencies, and partners responsible for execution.
Any individual, brand, company, or organization entering the Awards.
Completed nomination form submitted by the Participant.
Panel of industry experts evaluating entries.

Acceptance of Terms
- By submitting a nomination, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Awards Management reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued participation implies acceptance of such changes.
About the Awards
The TOI Home & Decor Awards 2026 recognize excellence across architecture, interior design, home products, and modern living innovations - celebrating individuals, projects, and brands shaping India’s evolving home ecosystem.
Eligibility
- Entries must represent work/products/projects active or completed within the last 2–3 years.
- Participant must be legally registered and operational in India.
- Multiple entries across categories are allowed (separate fee applicable per entry).
- Employees, partners, or affiliates of Awards Management are not eligible.
- Entries must align with relevant category definitions and evaluation criteria.
Awards Process
- All entries will undergo an initial screening for eligibility and completeness.
- Eligible entries will be evaluated by an independent jury panel.
- Awards Management reserves the right to modify, merge, or cancel categories based on participation or quality of entries.
- The decision of the Jury is final and binding.
Evaluation Criteria
- Entries will be evaluated on a combination of:
- Design Excellence / Product Innovation
- Functionality & User Experience
- Aesthetic & Material Quality
- Sustainability & Future Readiness
- Market Impact / Consumer Adoption
Winner Selection

- Winners will be selected through a multi-stage evaluation process
- Shortlisted entries may be featured across TOI platforms
- No correspondence or queries regarding results will be entertained
- Winning does not entitle Participants to any monetary compensation unless specified
Participant Declarations

Participants confirm that:
- All information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.

- Submissions do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
- They agree to indemnify Awards Management against any claims arising from their submission.
Usage Rights & Publicity
- Participants grant Awards Management a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted content for editorial, promotional, and marketing purposes
- Participation may require media appearances, interviews, or promotional features without additional compensation
- Content may be published across TOI platforms and partner networks
Disqualification

Awards Management reserves the right to:
- Disqualify any Participant for false information, misconduct, or non-compliance
- Withdraw titles or recognition in case of post-award discrepancies
- Replace winners if they cannot be contacted or fail to comply
Fees & Refund Policy
- All nomination fees are non-refundable once payment is processed
- Entries cannot be withdrawn or cancelled after submission
- Duplicate transactions, if any, will be reviewed and refunded after verification
Article guidelines
- The article will be published as an advertorial feature under the TOI Home & Decor Awards and will carry an appropriate disclaimer.
- The content should focus on design philosophy, project highlights, product innovation, or brand story relevant to the home and decor ecosystem.
- The maximum word limit for the article is 600 words.
- Participants are required to share relevant content inputs, based on which the article will be curated by the Times Internet Editorial Team.
- One high-resolution image (1920 × 1080, JPEG format) must be provided to support the article; this will also be used as the thumbnail/feature image.
- The final approval and publishing rights will rest solely with the Times Internet Editorial Team.
- The allocated inventory must be utilized within 3 months from the date of event culmination.
- This offering is limited to content hosting only; there are no KPIs or performance deliverables associated.
Social Media guidelines
- The post will be executed as a paid partnership feature under the TOI Home & Decor Awards.
- Content will highlight the brand, project, product, or key representatives within the home and decor ecosystem.
- The creative format (static/video/carousel) must be provided by the participant, adhering to platform specifications.
- Only the brand and/or its official representatives (founders, designers, leadership) will be tagged in the posts.
- This offering is limited to content hosting only; there are no KPIs or performance deliverables associated.

Key Dates
Liability & Disclaimer
- Awards Management shall not be liable for technical errors, lost submissions, or system failures.
- Participation is at the sole risk of the Participant.
- The Awards are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties.
Prohibited Activities

Participants shall not:
- Attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the nomination process
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or plagiarized content
- Engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of the Awards.
Data Privacy
- Participant data will be collected for Awards administration and promotional use.
- Data may be shared with partners strictly for execution purposes.
- All data handling will comply with applicable laws and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
- Participants retain ownership of their IP.
- However, they grant usage rights to Awards Management for promotional and editorial purposes.
- Participants agree to indemnify Awards Management against any IP-related claims.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi
General Clauses
- Participation does not guarantee winning.
- Awards Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Awards at any stage.
- Jury decisions are final and non-contestable.
