Definitions
Times Internet Ecopreneur Awards 2026.
Times Internet Limited and/or its affiliates, agencies, and partners responsible for execution of the Awards.
Any eligible company, organization, brand, service, or individual entering the Awards.
Additional definitions: Application (Completed entry form), Jury (Industry experts), Process Advisor (Independent fairness audit), Terms (Governing T&Cs).
Acceptance of Terms
By participating, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms. Awards Management reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
About the Awards
The Times Internet Ecopreneur Awards 2026 recognize excellence in sustainability, climate innovation, and environmental impact across industries including clean technology, EV, agriculture, circular economy, and more.
Eligibility
- Initiatives implemented between April 2025 and Feb 2026.
- Must be legally registered and operational in India.
- Multiple entries permitted; separate fee per entry.
- Employees of Awards Management/Partners are ineligible.
Awards Process
Entries will be screened for eligibility and evaluated by the Jury based on predefined criteria.
"Awards Management reserves the right to modify categories, merge/split categories, or cancel categories based on participation and quality. The decision of the Jury is final."
Sustainability Alignment
Core Theme Compliance
All nominations must demonstrably align with sustainability and environmental impact themes. Management reserves absolute right to determine relevance.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected through a multi-stage evaluation process. Management may publish shortlisted entries across all platforms. No correspondence regarding results will be entertained.
Participant Declarations
Participants warrant that all submitted information is true, accurate, and complete.
Participants confirm ownership of material and indemnify Awards Management against any IP violations.
Usage Rights & Publicity
Participants grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted materials for editorial and promotional purposes.
Media participation is mandatory without additional compensation.
Disqualification
Management reserves the right to disqualify Participants for non-compliance, fraud, or misconduct, and may replace winners who cannot be contacted.
Article guidelines
The article will be published as an advertorial and will carry an appropriate disclaimer. The maximum word limit for the article is 600 words. Please share the accompanying image in 1920 × 1080 resolution, in JPEG format.
The client is required to share the necessary content inputs, the article shall be curated by the Times Internet Editorial Team.
This offering is limited to content hosting only; there are no KPIs or performance deliverables associated.
The article thumbnail/image must be provided by the client.
The final approval and go-ahead rights will rest with the Times Internet Editorial team.
The inventory needs to be consumed within 3 months of the event culmination.
Social Media guidelines
The post will be executed as a paid partnership post.
The content will focus on the brand and its representatives.
The creative (static/video/carousel) must be provided by the client, depending on the platform requirements.
Only the brand and/or the leadership or company representatives will be tagged in the posts.
This offering is limited to content hosting only; there are no KPIs or performance deliverables associated.
The final approval and go-ahead rights will rest with the Editorial team.
The inventory needs to be consumed within 3 months of the event culmination.
Fees & Refunds
All entry fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Key Dates
Liability & Disclaimer
Awards Management shall not be responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any damages arising from participation.
The Awards are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Prohibited Activities
Participants shall not attempt to tamper with the Awards platform, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt operations.
Data Privacy
Participant data is collected for Awards administration and shared with partners as necessary. Handling follows applicable privacy laws.
Intellectual Property
Participants retain ownership of their IP but grant usage rights to Management. Participants agree to indemnify Management against any third-party claims.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
General Clauses
- Participation does not guarantee winning.
- Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Awards.
- Jury decisions are final and binding.
