Asus is making it easier to get a genuine battery replacement for its laptops in India. The company has expanded access to official Asus laptop batteries through select Asus Exclusive Stores (AES) across the country, covering both consumer and gaming laptop lineups.
The move is part of Asus India's broader after-sales push, which the company calls its "Assurance" framework—a support structure built around quality, coverage, and added-value services. The battery replacement programme now spans 13 states and regions, including Delhi NCR, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Kerala, Gujarat, and the North-East.
Asus Battery Finder microsite lets customers locate stock by laptop model
Asus has set up a Battery Finder microsite where customers can enter their laptop model to locate the nearest Asus Exclusive Store or authorised channel partner stocking a compatible battery. Every replacement comes with professional installation and a one-year warranty.
Supported models span a wide range of popular series—Vivobook, Vivobook Pro, Vivobook 16X, Vivobook Go, ProArt, TUF, Expertbook P1, ROG Strix G15, ROG Strix G17, ROG Strix SCAR 15, ROG Zephyrus G15, and ROG Zephyrus M16, among others.
Arnold Su, Vice President of Consumer and Gaming PC at Asus India's System Business Group, said the initiative is aimed at offering customers "a convenient and trusted solution for maintaining device performance over time."
Beyond replacements, Asus is also using this rollout to push battery health awareness—pointing users toward better charging habits, thermal management, and timely servicing.
