MasterChef Pankaj Bhadouria recently shared some really smart hacks that can make it easy. Take a look.

Hack 1:

She suggests buying lemons with thin skins not thick skins. She explains that the ones with thin skins are juicier than those with thick skin.

Hack 2:

Lemons dry faster in the fridge, so we keep looking for hacks to keep them fresh for longer. According to Chef Pankaj, the best way is to store lemons in water, this keeps them fresh and juicier for longer.

Hack 3:

When you store lemons in the fridge for too long they become dry and squeezing juice becomes a task. She suggests a smart hack to get more juice out of the lemon. All you need to do is, microwave it for 15 seconds and then squeeze to get maximum juice.


Hack 4:

If you don't have a microwave at home, Chef Pankaj suggests rolling the lemons on a flat surface to get more juice out of them.


Hack 5:

Lastly, don’t throw away the lemon peels. Chef Pankaj suggests boiling them with a little vinegar and you have the best glass & surface cleaner ready with you!
